You may experience some lag in the Sunnyside area. Trafic will calm down after South Norwalk, but it will remain steady until New Haven. On the other hand, things will change from New Rochelle, where you will travel against the morning peak time, so you will see plenty of Metro North action. For this reason, you won't see much from Woodside to Shell Interlock. It's early morning and Amtrak service is still very sparse.
